Lois Augur is a multi-media artist who has exhibited her oriental watercolors, ceramic works and handmade paper collages throughout central Ohio. Her works are in private collections all over the world. Most recently she has returned to painting in oils.

A graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana, she studied with the late Woo Chong Yong, an accepted master of Chinese painting. Lois also studied with Michael Mc Ewan, Char Norman, at the Otterbein College and Columbus College of Art and Design.

"I really enjoy art. When I am painting or papermaking, I am constantly experimenting.   The creative process in each of them is important to me.  I try to grow with each work I do."

Lois lives in Worthington, Ohio with her husband Al. They have four children and seven grandchildren.                   to Lois Augur
